NPTF
NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) is a dry-seal version of NPT designed for high-pressure applications where leak-proof connections are required without the use of thread sealant. Unlike NPT, where sealant is typically needed, NPTF threads deform slightly upon tightening, creating a mechanical seal.
