The following should be reported:

- Corruption or bribery
- Serious breaches of occupational health and safety regulations
- Discrimination, violence, or severe harassment
- Other serious violations of laws or internal policies
Minor issues or general concerns, such as working conditions or well-being, should be reported to your manager. Reports can be submitted anonymously if desired.
