The following should be reported:

  • Financial fraud or embezzlement
  • Corruption or bribery
  • Serious breaches of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Discrimination, violence, or severe harassment
  • Other serious violations of laws or internal policies

Minor issues or general concerns, such as working conditions or well-being, should be reported to your manager. Reports can be submitted anonymously if desired.
